Motorola Launches Moto Buds Loop and Moto Buds Bass in India: Price, Features, Availability

Two new wireless earphones have been introduced in India by Motorola. The two models are named Moto Buds Loop and Moto Buds Bass. Both models will be available in September and will be sold on Flipkart, Motorola’s online store, and some offline shops. The company is aiming to attract both premium and budget buyers with these two products.

Moto Buds Loop and Moto Buds Bass launched in India with Bose tuning, ANC, long battery life, and affordable pricing

The Moto Buds Loop is the more premium option. It comes with 12mm drivers tuned in partnership with Bose. Motorola says this will provide clear and rich sound. The earbuds also have spatial audio, which creates a surround sound-like effect.

Each Moto Buds Loop earbud carries two microphones and uses CrystalTalk AI to improve call quality. This helps to reduce background noise so voices are heard more clearly. It connects using Bluetooth 5.4 and can connect to two devices at the same time. The Buds Loop is also IP54 rated, which means it is safe from dust and small splashes of water.

On battery life, users will get up to 8 hours of playback on a single charge and a total of 39 hours with the case. A quick 10-minute charge gives three hours of listening time. The earphones come in a Trekking Green finish and are priced at ₹7,999. They will be available in India from September 1.

The Moto Buds Bass comes as the budget-friendly option. These earphones come with 12.4mm drivers and also support the Hi-Res LDAC audio codec for better sound quality. The Buds Bass stand out in this segment because of their Active Noise Cancellation which can reduce noise by up to 50dB.

The earbuds also have three microphones in each unit along with CrystalTalk AI, noise cancellation for calls, and wind-noise reduction. They support Bluetooth 5.3 and Google Fast Pair for quick connections. Users can also customize touch controls, equalizer, and noise cancellation through the Moto Buds App.

The Buds Bass provide up to 7 hours on a single charge and up to 48 hours of total battery life with the case. With just 10 minutes of charging, you get up to 2 hours of playback. These earbuds are also IP54 rated. The Buds Bass will be available in Blue Jewel, Dark Shadow, and Posy Green colors at a price of ₹1,999. Sales will start on September 8.

With this launch, Motorola is clearly aiming at India’s rapidly expanding wireless earbuds market. The company is offering two very different options. The Moto Buds Loop is for customers who want a premium open-ear design with Bose’s audio tuning. On the other hand, the Moto Buds Bass gives long battery life, noise cancellation, and clear calls at a much lower price.

Apart from these earphones, Motorola is also preparing to launch the Moto Razr 60 Brilliant Collection with Swarovski crystals in India on September 1. This special edition will arrive alongside the Buds Loop.

With both affordable and premium models coming in September, Motorola is looking to strengthen its position in India’s audio accessories market. Buyers will now have more choice depending on their budget and preference.
