A popular tipster on X has shared model numbers, storage options and colour choices that suggest Realme will bring back the “Pro+” name for its number series while also offering an affordable 4G C-series phone for buyers who want a basic, low-cost option.
According to the leak, the Realme 16 Pro+ 5G (reportedly model RMX5131) will come in four RAM and storage configurations: 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB and a top variant with 12GB+512GB.

The phone is said to launch in three colourways named Master Grey, Master Gold and Camellia Pink. These options would make the 16 Pro+ a well-rounded choice for users who want both high performance and larger storage tiers.
The Realme C81 (model RMX5388) is tipped to be a 4G model aimed at budget buyers. It is expected to arrive with 4GB RAM and two storage choices: 64GB and 128GB. The C81’s leaked colour options are Storm Black and Glacier Blue, which follow Realme’s usual simple and consumer-friendly palette for entry-level phones. If accurate, the C81 will target shoppers who prioritise price and basic everyday use over cutting-edge features.

Beyond storage and colours, earlier certification and leak reports for the Realme 16 family hint at major hardware upgrades for the series. Listings on certification sites and TENAA filings suggest the Realme 16 Pro (and by extension the Pro+ variant) could feature a large 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED display with a high refresh rate, a very large 7,000mAh battery, and a high-resolution 200MP primary camera.
These changes would be a significant step up from the previous Realme 15 series and would appeal to users who want long battery life and strong camera performance.

If Realme equips the 16 Pro+ with the rumoured 200MP sensor and 7,000mAh battery, it would mark a clear push towards premium features in the number-series lineup. That said, certification documents and leaks do not always reflect final retail specifications, because companies often adjust components or software before launch. Buyers should view these details as likely but not confirmed until Realme publishes official specs and pricing.
Realme has not yet given an official launch date or pricing for either device. Media outlets and tipsters expect an announcement in the coming months, and Realme could reveal exact prices, full specs and local availability nearer the launch. For shoppers watching the brand, the key things to look for will be the final camera setup, charging speed for the large battery, and the price tiers for the different RAM/storage options.
