OnePlus has begun teasing the Ace 6T as a performance-focused phone that mixes a very large battery with high refresh-rate gaming hardware.

Company teasers and recent reports say the phone will pack a very large battery – around 8,000mAh and support 100W wired fast charging, a combo aimed at users who want long battery life without long charging times.

For performance the Ace 6T is claimed to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 platform, positioning it as a top-tier performer for apps and games. OnePlus has also been highlighting the phone’s ability to run demanding frame rates, with the hardware and software tuned for high-frame-rate gaming.

The display is another key highlight: teasers point to an ultra-smooth panel that can refresh up to 165Hz, which helps animations and games feel very fluid. OnePlus is also promoting game-focused modes that can run titles at very high frame rates for example special modes that support 165fps or a 144fps mode for popular games to give competitive mobile gamers an edge.

Keeping the phone cool during long gaming sessions is a major focus. OnePlus calls the thermal solution the “Glacier Cooling System,” and the company says this version has its largest heat-dissipation area yet to keep sustained performance stable for longer play. That should help reduce throttling and keep the phone feeling fast under heavy load.

Durability and security are being emphasized too. The Ace 6T is teased to carry a strong set of dust and water resistance ratings beyond the usual IP68 it reportedly lists IP66, IP69 and IP69K levels and it will use a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor for secure and fast unlocking. These additions aim to make the phone more rugged and reliable in real use.

Design teasers show a flat, large touchscreen with very narrow bezels and a square camera module that houses two lenses. OnePlus plans to offer the Ace 6T in multiple colours such as black, green, and purple, and the phone is said to include a metal frame with a “micro-arc” finish and a balanced 50:50 weight distribution to feel comfortable while holding. Storage and memory options are expected to be generous, with high RAM and fast UFS storage configurations mentioned in leaks and listings.

OnePlus is also adding gaming-focused software and hardware features terms like “e-sports triple-core” or a dedicated gaming kernel have appeared in company posts and teasers and the phone will reportedly include a bypass charging feature (sometimes called “standard bypass power supply”) that helps manage charging while gaming so heat and battery impact are reduced. These features are clearly aimed at players who use their phones for long competitive sessions.

Overall, the OnePlus Ace 6T looks like a flagship-class gaming and battery specialist: a powerful Snapdragon platform, a very large 8,000mAh battery with fast wired charging, a 165Hz display tuned for high-frame-rate gaming, a beefy cooling system, and robust durability measures. OnePlus has set up teasers and official posts ahead of a launch planned for late November, and more complete specs and pricing will be revealed at the official launch event.
