Samsung revealed the Galaxy Tab S11 series on September 4, 2025, featuring two models: the Galaxy Tab S11 and the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra. Both devices boast cutting-edge features and high-performance hardware.
The Galaxy Tab S11 has an 11-inch screen. It sports a bright AMOLED display that provides crisp visuals and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. The bigger Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra has a 14.6-inch AMOLED display with the same 120Hz smoothness and very high brightness, making videos and images look very sharp and bright. Both tablets are thin, making them easy to hold and carry.
Inside, both tablets use the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 Plus processor, which is fast and efficient. They run Android 16 with Samsung’s One UI 8 on top. Samsung promises to offer updates for up to seven years, which means the tablets will stay up to date and secure for a long time.
The Galaxy Tab S11 comes with 12GB of RAM and storage options going up to 512GB. The Ultra model offers more choices, from 12GB RAM with 256GB storage up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. Both tablets support memory cards if more space is needed. Their batteries are large: 8,400mAh for the smaller model and 11,600mAh for the Ultra. Both devices support rapid charging with 45W wired power.
The cameras are good for tablets. The Tab S11 has one 13MP rear camera and a 12MP wide front camera for video calls and selfies. The Ultra version has two rear cameras (13MP and an 8MP ultra-wide) and a 12MP wide front camera. Both have great stereo speakers but do not have the usual headphone jack.
These tablets connect using the latest Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and USB-C ports. The cellular models are compatible with 4G and 5G networks and offer both SIM and eSIM functionality. Both come with water and dust resistance certification, meaning they are safe from minor spills and dust.
In the United States, the starting price for the Galaxy Tab S11 Wi-Fi base model is $800, which is approximately ₹70,400. The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra starts at $1,200 (about Rs. 1,05,740) for the 256GB model, going up to $1,620 (about Rs. 1,42,760) for the top variant. In India, the Tab S11 is anticipated to be priced at roughly ₹1,09,999, with the Tab S11 Ultra likely around ₹1,29,990. Both models are available in Grey and Silver colors and include a new S Pen that charges magnetically.
Samsung focused on making these tablets fast, bright, and smart. They come with new AI features that help with drawing, writing, and note-taking. The updated desktop mode, Samsung DeX, is easy to use and works well with extra monitors. This makes the tablets useful for work and play.
This time, Samsung is offering only the S11 and S11 Ultra, with no ‘Plus’ variant. This lineup shows Samsung’s plan to offer a smaller, handy tablet and a large, top-end tablet with lots of power and features.
The Galaxy Tab S11 series looks like a strong choice for anyone wanting a good Android tablet that stays useful for years with fast updates, great screens, and smart tools included. This makes the tablets suitable for students, professionals, and entertainment lovers alike.
