The series has been introduced with four models: Legion Pro 7i, Legion 7i, Legion Pro 5i, and Legion 5i. These laptops come with the latest Intel processors, Nvidia’s RTX 50-series graphics cards, AI-based performance tuning, and better cooling technology.

The Legion Pro 7i is the top-end model in this series. It can be configured with up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX processor and Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 5090 GPU with 12GB of GDDR7 memory. This combination makes it one of the strongest gaming laptops available right now. For demanding workloads, the laptop can be equipped with up to 64GB of DDR5 RAM and as much as 2TB PCIe Gen4 SSD storage.

All the new Legion laptops feature Lenovo’s LA3 + LA1 AI chips. These custom AI processors optimize performance in real time, ensuring smoother gaming and quicker response. They are paired with PureSight OLED screens that refresh at up to 240Hz, along with Dolby Vision, Nvidia G-Sync, and TrueBlack 1000 certification for lifelike visuals.

Heat has always been a big challenge in gaming laptops, and Lenovo has addressed it with the ColdFront Vapour HyperChamber system. This design allows the machines to handle up to 250W power output, while keeping the system cool and reducing fan noise. Despite this power, the laptops maintain a slim and portable form.

The Legion Pro 7i has a 16-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2560×1600 pixels, 240Hz refresh rate, and brightness up to 500 nits in a 16:10 aspect ratio. It runs on Windows 11 Home.

The laptop is powered by a 99.99Wh battery that supports 140W fast charging. The laptop ships with a 400W power adapter in the package. In terms of design, the machine weighs around 2.72kg and measures 21.9×364×275.9mm.

The Legion Pro 5i, Legion 7i, and Legion 5i are likely to arrive in the Indian market in the coming weeks. Buyers will also get customization options through Lenovo’s website and physical stores.

Industry experts note that the demand for premium gaming laptops in India has been growing quickly. With the arrival of RTX 5090-based laptops, brands like ASUS and Alienware are also expected to refresh their lineups soon. By bringing AI optimization, next-gen cooling, OLED displays, and the latest Intel and Nvidia hardware, Lenovo is aiming to strengthen its place in the high-end gaming market.
