Both phones will be powered by the advanced MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip, which promises fast speed, great efficiency, and strong performance for gaming and multitasking. This means they will perform well and be fast.

The Vivo X300 Pro will have a very good camera system. It comes equipped with three cameras on its back for capturing different types of photos. One is a 200-megapixel telephoto camera that can zoom in closely.

Another is a 50-megapixel main camera made by Sony, which takes clear and sharp photos. The third is a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera that can capture wide scenes. The cameras will have Zeiss lenses, which means they will provide good picture quality.

The phone screen of the Vivo X300 Pro will be quite big, about 6.82 inches with an AMOLED display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. This will make the display look smooth and bright.

The phone will also have a big 6,500mAh battery, and it will support fast charging up to 120 watts, so it can charge quickly. The phone will run on Android 15 with Vivo’s OriginOS 5 on top. The top-end variant will feature 12GB of RAM combined with 256GB of internal storage.

For those who prefer smaller phones, the Vivo X300 base model will have a smaller 6.3-inch screen. It will also have the same MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip.

This model may have a special satellite messaging feature called BeiDou, which helps with communication in areas with weak network signals. Its camera setup will be simpler, with two 50-megapixel cameras on the back, both with Zeiss lenses.

This new series focuses only on the base and Pro models, unlike the previous models that had a mini version. Along with the phones, Vivo is also expected to launch new wireless earphones. The company plans to release more smart devices next year, including wearables like smartwatches.

The Vivo X300 series looks ready to compete well in the smartphone market with strong cameras, good battery life, and powerful chips. The launch will happen first in China, and the phones might come to other countries after that.

In short, the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro will be strong smartphones with great camera features and fast performance. They are expected to arrive in October 2025 and are worth waiting for if you want a new phone with high-end features.
