Oppo F31, F31 Pro India launch expected in September: Price, specs and details

Oppo is getting ready to launch its new smartphones in India – the Oppo F31 and Oppo F31 Pro. These phones are expected to come out in September 2025, though Oppo has not given an exact date yet. They will replace the Oppo F29 and Oppo F29 Pro, which were launched earlier.

Leaks suggest that the Oppo F31 Pro will run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, making it a good fit for people who want smooth performance. The regular Oppo F31 may not get a major upgrade in terms of power or camera, but it is said to focus on a bigger battery and stronger build quality.

Both phones are expected to come with the 360-degree Armour Body design that Oppo also used in the earlier F29 series. This design adds extra protection with features like an aluminium alloy cover, stronger corners made using diamond-cut design, and small airbags inside the frame to reduce damage if the phone is dropped. This means the new F31 series could be more durable for daily use.

One of the main highlights of the Oppo F31 series is expected to be its battery upgrade. The company has not revealed the exact battery size yet, but reports say it will be larger than the F29 series. This should help users who want longer backup for gaming, streaming, and heavy use.

The phones are also tipped to bring strong connectivity features. Oppo is likely to use its Hunter Antenna Technology, which can improve signal reception by up to 300 percent compared to normal antennas. The phones may also use a four-channel switching system that can automatically connect to the strongest available signal. This will help reduce call drops and slow network problems, especially in areas with weak coverage.

When it comes to price, no official details are out yet. But early reports suggest that the Oppo F31 may cost somewhere between ₹20,000 and ₹22,000, while the Oppo F31 Pro may be priced around ₹28,000 to ₹30,000. The pricing looks similar to the earlier F-series launches, which usually sat in the mid-range smartphone market in India.

The Oppo F-series has always focused on young buyers who want stylish phones with reliable battery life and solid performance without spending on a premium flagship device. The Oppo F31 will likely continue the same approach, while the Oppo F31 Pro may appeal to those who need more power, durability, and performance.

To sum it up, the Oppo F31 and F31 Pro are expected to launch in September in India as the latest additions to the F-series. They will get a stronger battery, tougher build quality, and improved connectivity, while the Pro version will also have a powerful Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor. Exact launch details should be revealed by Oppo very soon.
